Read this before downloading :  By clicking on the link below, employers can obtain a poster (PDF format) to put up in the workplace that notifies employees of the employer's compliance with Arizona's Workers' Compensation Law. It states that the employer has secured the payment of such compensation to its employees by obtaining workers' compensation insurance and explains employee rights and responsibilities under the law. The poster is bilingual and prints neatly on a single sheet of 8½ x 11 paper or cardstock.
